Before you request
- Maximum occupancy
- Up to 6 overnight guests. Daytime visitors are welcome as long as no more than 10 people are on the property at any time.
- Minimum age
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
- No smoking or vaping
- Not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, the garage, the pool area and surrounding outdoor spaces.
- No pets
- Pets are not permitted. Service animals are not considered pets.
- No parties or events
- Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted. Please let the hosts know in advance if your plans or guest count change.
- Quiet hours
- 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, for a peaceful neighbourhood.
- No open flames
- Candles, incense and any open-flame items are not permitted inside or outside the home.
- Security cameras
- Exterior security cameras are present on the property. There are no cameras inside the home disclosed on either listing.
- Cancellation
- Included with your quote, before any payment.
If guidelines are not respected, the hosts may charge additional fees and, in serious situations, end the reservation early. Is my booking confirmed when I send a request?
No. A request tells the hosts which dates you'd like. Your stay is confirmed once you've received and accepted the hosts' quote and completed payment as they describe.
How do I pay?
Nothing is paid on this website. If your dates are available, the hosts email you a quote with the rental agreement and secure payment instructions.
Are the dates on the calendar up to date?
The calendar is synced from the Airbnb and VRBO calendars and refreshes every few minutes. A booking made in the last few minutes may not show yet, so the hosts always confirm availability.
What's the cancellation policy?
The cancellation terms for direct stays are included with your quote, so you can review them before you pay anything.
