Privacy Policy

Last updated November 2026

This policy explains what information the Sunny Stays Florida website (the “site”) collects and how it is used. The site is an informational website for a private vacation rental home in Jupiter, Florida. Reservations are not made on this site.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, message and any optional stay dates or guest count you enter. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to help plan your stay. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Contact form messages are delivered to the hosts by email through a third-party email delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf.

Email communications

We will only email you in reply to a message you send us. We do not run a mailing list from this site.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. Your browser may store basic technical data needed for the site to work. The map on the Explore Jupiter page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives standard request information such as your IP address.

To protect the contact form from abuse, the server briefly keeps the IP address of each submission in memory to limit repeated messages. It is not stored long-term.

Booking platforms and other links

Booking links take you to Airbnb and VRBO, and the local guide links to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and any booking, payment or account information you give them is handled by them, not by us.

Data retention

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting stay, and then delete them unless we need to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices and privacy questions

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by sending a request through the contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
